The following offender was dealt with at the Court Centre in Laneham Street, Scunthorpe, with North Lincolnshire magistrates hearing the matter and passing sentence:
JACK ANTHONY NELMES, 25, of Stather Road, Burton-Upon-Stather, pleaded guilty to drug-driving. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.
