The following offender was dealt with at the Court Centre in Laneham Street, Scunthorpe, with North Lincolnshire magistrates hearing the matter and passing sentence:
HAYLEY GASCOIGNE, 30, of Speedwell Crescent, Scunthorpe, was found guilty in her absence of driving while using a hand-held mobile phone. She was fined £55, ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and costs of £200.
