The following offender was dealt with at the Court Centre in Laneham Street, Scunthorpe, with North Lincolnshire magistrates hearing the matter and passing sentence:
DEBRA FOTHERINGHAM, 43, of Commonside, Crowle, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. She was disqualified from driving for 20 months, fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30, costs of £85 and a criminal courts charge of £150.
