An angler was dealt with at the Court Centre in Laneham Street, Scunthorpe, by North Lincolnshire magistrates, having pleaded guilty to fishing or taking fish otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
LEON HIGGINS, 33, of Bolsover Road, Scunthorpe, was fined £33, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £127.
