The following offender was dealt with at the Court Centre in Laneham Street, Scunthorpe, with North Lincolnshire magistrates hearing the matter and passing sentence:
PIOTR CYGAN, 45, of Bolsover Road, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. He was given a 12-month community order with a 120-hour unpaid work requirement, disqualified from driving for 24 months, fined £85, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and a criminal courts charge of £150.
