The following offender was dealt with at the Court Centre in Laneham Street, Scunthorpe, with North Lincolnshire magistrates hearing the matter and passing sentence:
DARREN ROY FOX, 46, of De Lacy Way, Winterton, pleaded guilty to driving while unfit to drive through drugs and possession of cannabis. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £110, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.
