A MAN has been jailed for six years for kicking and stamping on the head of his unconscious victim following a drunken rampage through Scunthorpe town centre.
Evaldas Matulaitis attacked Nicolae Visan on Frodingham Road as he comforted a crying woman who Matulaitis had also punched to the ground in a spate of alcohol-fuelled violence, a court heard.
Matulaitis, 22, of Dale Street, admitted causing grievous bodily harm with intent on August 28.
