A MAN was set to appear in court today charged with a burglary at a charity shop.
Humberside Police said Christopher Heafey, 33, of no fixed address, has been charged with a commercial burglary and four counts of fraud by false representation.
He was set to appear at Grimsby Magistrates' Court today (Tuesday, May 2).
