The following offender was dealt with at the Court Centre in Laneham Street, Scunthorpe, with North Lincolnshire magistrates hearing the matter and passing sentence:
KEVIN PAUL WARNE, 54, of Horstead Avenue, Brigg, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and using a vehicle without insurance. He was given an eight-week community order with a curfew requirement, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60, costs of £85 and his licence was endorsed with eight points.
