The following offender was dealt with at the Court Centre in Laneham Street, Scunthorpe, with North Lincolnshire magistrates hearing the matter and passing sentence:
RYAN HORNSBY, 22, of Merryweather Court, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to theft. He was committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85.
