The following offender was dealt with at the Court Centre in Laneham Street, Scunthorpe, with North Lincolnshire magistrates hearing the matter and passing sentence:
ALLAN ANTHONY GREEN, 28, of Grosvenor Street, Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months, fined £250, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £25, costs of £85 and a criminal courts charge of £150.
