The following offender was dealt with at the Court Centre in Laneham Street, Scunthorpe, with North Lincolnshire magistrates hearing the matter and passing sentence:STEVEN BLOCKLEY, 36, of Highgrove, Messingham, pleaded guilty to driving while unfit to drive through drugs and possession of cannabis.
